The service really works! Here is one of the testimonials of the people that it worked for:

Dear Mrs. Pennington,
I just wanted to thank you for all the helpful advice you sent me about interviewing for a director's position. Recently, Michelle Brekelbaum, the current director for the C.E. Byrd Highsteppers dance/drill team in Shreveport, Louisiana, saw my resume posted at DTDA's Job Fair, and interviewed me for a replacement director's position (she is stepping down as director in order to pursue her dance studio work more fully). Using your interview tips and advice, I spent an afternoon talking with her about her team, had lunch with both her and the team's current captain, and got to attend a team practice. Immediately after the practice, Mrs. Brekelbaum let me know that I was hired! We are in the process of moving to Shreveport (it's about a two hour commute and my husband recently got a new job there as well, so it'll be so much simpler to move there), and of course all the holidays are coming up right now. But after Thanksgiving, I will begin attending practices as Mrs. Brekelbaum's assistant for the rest of this year, learning the ropes and team traditions while taking over some of the afternoon practices. Next year, I will begin the school year as the new team director of a 32 member award-winning team! I have to admit that I am both excited, thrilled, and just a little nervous. What big shoes to fill! Mainly though, I wrote this email to send a very heartfelt and sincere THANKS for the DTDA Job Fair and your thoughtful advice and help. Without both, I'm quite sure I never would have found out about this opportunity (especially since Mrs. Brekelbaum wasn't advertising for a replacement and just happened to discover me on the job fair while looking up dance camps on the internet). Thank you so much! I now have the job of my dreams and get to work with great students at a magnet school. If ever the Job Fair needs some testimonials, be sure to let me know. I'd be very willing to send a testimonial to use on the site or at the DTDA Conventions. Also, I hope that I will get to meet you at the upcoming national convention so I can say thanks with a big hug in person!
