Join the Link Exchange Program

In a continued effort to provide our sustaining members with optimum marketing tools DTDA Inc. introduces our "Link Exchange Program". Our DTDA website has 80 to over 100 visitors each day. What better way to support each other than through the Internet?

As an added sustaining member benefit, DTDA will provide a link from a "Helpful Links" resource page that will be easily accessible from the DTDA front page to your website and email. We will provide this link to your company in exchange for a DTDA link in a prominent location on your company website. DTDA is providing 12 graphics to choose from which are shown below. We have also provided you with the html code to insert the link into your webpage.

Your company link on the DTDA website will include your company name, logo, a link to your website, and an email link if desired. It may also include a company/site description. Placement will be alphabetical.

All company logos must meet the following specifications to be used with your link. Logos submitted that do not fit these specifications will be edited at DTDA's discretion or could be rejected from use. If you do not know how to edit your company graphic to meet these requirements, or if you need to have us scan your logo for use, we can provide graphic editing and design services for a charge.

• Company name and standard symbol only
• No photo image
• No slogans or Trademark wording other than the company name
• No more than 15 kilobytes in size
• Image to be placed must be in jpeg or gif format, at a resolution of 72 dpi
• No java or animation
• Logo's must be suitable for placement on a white background
• No banners
• Dimensions of logo's -
  square, triangular or circular logos: 150 pixels x150 pixels
  rectangular or oval shaped logos:100 pixels x 225 pixels

As space permits, we may also include a business description that will appear with your link. You must provide this description for us. Your description should describe your business products and services, along with resources on your website. These descriptions should be written in a non-biased format since DTDA does not endorse one company's products and services over another company's products and services. Avoid persuasive or opinion-based wording such as words like "best", or "lowest prices". This description should be a maximum of 20 to 30 words. Company descriptions not following these guidelines will not be included.

The yearly exchange will run the same time frame as our membership year. Only current sustaining members will be eligible for the exchange program.

Your company is asked to add the DTDA link using one of the graphics below to your company website first. Send notification of this link to our webmaster, linkexchange@dtda.org with the specific URL or webpage location of this link so that it may be easily verified. You may also send your company logo, company name, preferred email link, and company/site description to her at that time. Your company link will be added to the DTDA website within 2 to 3 weeks.

Insert the following text onto your webpage to add a link to DTDA onto your site.
First, choose one of the graphics shown above. Second, find the name of the graphic in the table below. Third, copy the html code found next to the graphic name you have chosen and paste it into the html code on your website in a prominent location.

*To center the image on your webpage type <CENTER> at the beginning of the html code, and </CENTER> at the end of the html code for the link.

*You are also welcome to save these images onto your own server and incorporate them into your website using your own software and html code.
